1. Acceptance

By creating an account or accessing any content on eliteblockresearch.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elite Block Research (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of the Service

Elite Block Research provides institutional-grade cryptocurrency market research, including quantitative analysis, chart commentary, and structured reports. Content is delivered via a web platform and, where applicable, automated Telegram notifications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Access to premium content requires a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

• You may cancel at any time from your member dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Whop, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your payment details.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors. Completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Not financial advice

All content published by Elite Block Research — including reports, charts, commentary, and any associated communications — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

All trading and investment decisions are made solely at your own risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow third parties to access the Service using your account.
• Reproduce, distribute, republish, resell, or sublicense any content without our prior written consent.
• Use content to train any machine-learning model, dataset, or AI system.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

7. Intellectual property

All content produced by Elite Block Research — including reports, methodologies, branding, code, and structure — is our proprietary intellectual property, protected by copyright and other applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use content for your own non-commercial purposes. No ownership is transferred to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (Google, Microsoft, GitHub for authentication; Whop for payments; Telegram for notifications). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Block Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Sections 5, 7, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
